We have a team of qualified Technical people who are not only experienced at what they do but they hold many product certifications that help us troubleshoot the problems at the client site.

We support our customers mainly in three levels:

1. Phone & Online Support.

2. Phone, Online & Onsite Support (On call bases)

3. Phone, Online & Onsite Support (On call bases, plus weekly, monthly or quarterly health check visits).

 

We also have mainly four types of maintenance contracts

1. Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts with parts replacement included.

2. Annual Maintenance Contracts under Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. IT Outsourced Annual Maintenance Contracts (With engineers on site 8*5*365) with options to upgrade to (24*7*365 support).
